Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of the MusicLab+ application, website, and MusicLab+ Premium.
Acceptance
By using MusicLab+, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Your server and your music
MusicLab+ plays music from a server you connect to it. You are responsible for that server, for your right to access it, and for having the rights to the music it holds. Lab Architect does not provide, host, or license any music.
MusicLab+ Premium
- MusicLab+ Premium is offered through Apple’s App Store at the price displayed before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed.
- Purchases can be restored on your other devices from the MusicLab+ Premium screen using the same Apple ID.
App Store purchases and refunds are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use MusicLab+ to access servers or content you are not authorized to use, or in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Availability and changes
Features may change for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or product operation. Material term changes will be posted here with a revised date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusicLab+ is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generated playlists depend on the data your server provides. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Open-source software
MusicLab+ includes software licensed under the Apache License 2.0, including code derived from Sylvakru. Licence notices are available in the app.
Apple terms
For the iOS application, Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for MusicLab+ or its support. Use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
